@Malchior_ The Warlock's patron is Tahmu and had her steal a celestial dagger of Hai Ji and which resulted in Kaiju battle over Rata Sum and then arguing with a star dragon. Almost TPKing on discovering the Mursaat. Spending an entire session trying to convince two NPCs to date. Ascension.

I've been running a #DnD campaign since quarantine began based on a mishmash of #GuildWars and #GuildWars2. Half of my players had never set foot in the world of Tyria, and only one had played Prophesies. It has been a blast running them through stories filled with nostalgia.

@Malchior_ I plan on writing up a few of the big story moments in the journal of an NPC that traveled with the party (in universe he is the one that painted the character art). I'll link those to you once I've got them done.

@Malchior_ I started in Beetletun, introducing them to the White Mantle, then did the whole joining the Shining Blade deal just like the game. But the party figured out another method to get in/out of the Henge...told Markus...and the whole story changed as the WM invaded the Henge.

@Malchior_ We started at Level 3 and they are Level 9 now. I didn't actually run them through the Prophesies story, instead I ran them as sort of "the B team" and had the Flameseeker Prophesies being run through by a group of NPCs of characters that were all in my first guild.

So, here are Aelif Arnulfdottir , Xochitl, Leveva (with her patron Tahmu represented), and Maristella Casseta. I definitely look forward to more adventures with this group, and wish them best of luck after getting launched into the Mists.

A few months ago we reached a defining climax and in celebration we ended up commissioning art of their characters. Nefeli Katerinaki was a blast to work with and captured their attitudes perfectly. She asked tons of questions and made amazing suggestions.

@Malchior_ @Rubi_ It's been great. They've effectively been playing during the Prophesies timeline, but not as part of the Flameseeker party. They get to witness and clean up after it all.

Stole some fancy scepter from the White Mantle. Looks like the Shining Blade made a deal with the magic man called "The Vizier" to trade the scepter for his help. Maybe I can go back to being a fisherman once he smacks the White Mantle around and ends this. #whatcouldgowrong

And totes OOC, but Aurora Glade will forever stick as the first real roadbump I hit in my original playthrough. It was a sign of things to come *remembers participating in the monk strikes at THK* no respect, no protect (lol)

What is it with everything going wrong? So apparently the White Mantle are a murderous cult? With my luck, I'm going to go off an help the Shining Blade now and bring about the end of the world by defeating the White Mantle. But first we need to open the portal to the Druids.
