completely empty
not sad.
not happy.
just nothing.

and i thought

"this is exactly how i feel after a 50 minute loss"

you give everything

every cooldown timer tracked
every wave manipulated perfectly

and sometimes you still lose

that's the moment i understood

the outcome doesn't always match the effort

you can play the cleanest game of your life and still get gapped by something outside your control

second time was different

i was 18.

things were good. genuinely good.

lying there.

completely at peace.

and i thought "this is what winning actually feels like"

not the LP
not the rank
not the +25 that hits

just the feeling of everything clicking

total control.

total presence.

nothing else exists.

i cried because i realized i'd been playing league completely wrong my entire career

i wasn't grinding to win

i was grinding to escape

using ranked queue as a way to not think about my actual life

using the game to fill a void instead of mastering it

that's why i was hardstuck

i wasn't playing to get better

i was playing to disappear

the second i fixed shit outside the game, the game got easier

i stopped playing for distraction

started playing for dominance

fewer games.

more intention.

every queue meant something.

your rank is a reflection of your mental state

if you're hardstuck the answer isn't more games

it's fixing whatever the fuck you're running from

took crying after sex twice to figure that out

hit my peak 3 months later
