@walmarthelp 3 weeks since I first reached out to you. Still no resolution, no follow back after first communication. I expected way better from u guys.
It's been two weeks now, and I have not heard back from @walmarthelp regarding my issue. I thought Walmart+ was trying to compete with @AmazonHelp, and I expect you to catch up on this. I hope you can take this seriously and resolve my issue.
@walmarthelp@walmarthelp Even after 7 days, I haven't received a resolution to the issue. I received follow-up emails, but after responding, there was no action taken or any sign of progress. It's baffling how difficult it is to simply communicate effectively in this situation.
@walmarthelp, I'm pretty disappointed with the customer service I received recently regarding a recent order. The experience has made it difficult for me to trust what customer representatives promise when dealing with order issues. Could you please investigate this?

@chetan_bhagat I think there is a term change management. Lot of rich literature exists, one who is looking for changes should also plan for the management of same, which seems completely lacking in this case.
