Ordinarily, I would not address this. However, I am aware of recent false allegations being circulated within the AI community — claims that are being republished by certain individuals from another source. For context, last month I obtained an Injunction and Restraining Order in the BC Supreme Court against the original source of these allegations. This order expressly prohibits that individual from communicating with, to, or about me, and from directing or encouraging others to publish content concerning me. As this prohibited conduct is now occurring, any person who chooses to involve themselves with this individual or participate in the publication of such material will be subject to legal action under the terms of the court order.
It is also worth noting that this same individual is subject to a similar Order brought against them by another individual and their minor child in a different province.

This is the only statement I will be making on the matter; anyone wishing to discuss it further may direct all inquiries to my legal counsel.
@RBishopMusic Sadly, a lot of that "control" doesn't even come from outside the AI space - it comes from other AI creators trying to diminish, discredit or tear down fellow creators. This post is a good example of that.

OK. It’s enough now. You don’t have to like me, @fAIkout, or our work to recognize that what @BLVCKLIGHTai is doing is toxic as hell for this community.
This is not about taste. This is not about who makes “good” AI art. This is not about people disagreeing online. People can argue, criticize, joke, push back, and still behave like adults.
But when someone starts acting like they get to decide who is “in” and who is “out”, who deserves opportunities and who should be quietly blacklisted, that crosses a line.
When someone talks about “laying traps,” warning people about which creators should or shouldn’t be embraced, and positioning themselves as some kind of gatekeeper for AI video, that is not community leadership. That is poison. And I’m done pretending otherwise.
I want this community to thrive. I want AI creators to win. I want them to get better, get seen, get hired, get supported, and build amazing things. I want you to succeed. I want @fAIkout to succeed. Hell, I want HIM to succeed too!
There is enough for all of us. I really believe that. But that only works if we don’t let access become a weapon. If we don’t let referrals become revenge. If we don’t let one person’s ego become the filter for who gets treated fairly and who gets snubbed. He played a very real part in tearing down my friend’s reputation.
Now he is trying to do the same to mine. Keep going.
You fucked with the wrong person this time.
So let me be clear: If you’re cool with this stuff, unfollow me. Block me. Do whatever you need to do. Because I want nothing to do with a version of this community where people smile in public while quietly trying to destroy other creators behind the scenes.
I love this space. I love the weirdness, the experiments, the chaos, the breakthroughs, the people making beautiful, ridiculous, ambitious things with tools that barely existed five minutes ago. That is the community I care about. Not this gatekeeping. Not this "status game". Not this “I decide who gets opportunities” nonsense.
Enough.
Oh, and if you're an "industry professional" buying into this guy's crap: think again. Seriously, re-evaluate your position. You will thank me later.
Kudos to @RadTV__ for the love and support for our content. We really appreciate you guys more than I can even express.
I totally did it. Turned the @Kling_ai pixel clock into a lo-fi TuneShine device.
Shows album covers automatically based on Apple Music now playing or with Shazam so it will even work when you’re spinning vinyl, CD or tapes. In lovely lo-fi 16x16 pixels.
Claude reverse-engineered the entire BLE protocol with which iOS can talk to this thing and implemented it for me in a library I’m now using for this.
Absolutely insane stuff!
This stuff will all be open source so anyone with a Divoom TimeBox EVO device can play!
They’re 50 bucks on Amazon. Very cool.
