When you cash a poker tournament for a decent amount that already takes money out as staff fee, do you still tip at the end?

@BetOnDrew I choose fold at first, but now when I actually think about it, this is to good to fold. Would def raise fold unless have certain read players behind are ICM aware and can punish us. Would even open KTs, probably bottom of range.
