@giffmana Sounds like a great idea... But would you train it with Reinforcement Learning for Calibrated Decisions (RLCD) or just Standard Gradient Descent (SGD)?
I had always assumed that on the equinox, the whole world had 12h of sunlight. But this is not entirely true! The sun is a disk-like source of light and the atmosphere refracts sunlight. This means that you get slightly more than 12h of light βοΈβοΈβοΈ

Most recent eras of healthtech adoption have been propelled by either a top-down government mandate (e.g. Meaningful Use driving EHR adoption) or an unexpected crisis (e.g. telehealth during COVID). In this sense, the vast majority of tech adoption in healthcare has been inorganic and "unnatural", versus driven by organic market forces, real competition, and actual supply and demand curve dynamics.
That makes the current wave of generative AI product adoption that we've observed since ~2023 unprecedented for two reasons: 1) it is completely organic and driven by genuine competition versus any manufactured intervention, and 2) the slope of the adoption curves of these products is steeper than we've seen in any other recent healthcare technology wave.
Note to self: It does not matter how many times you have installed nvidia drivers/cuda... you should schedule a full day for it. Especially when doing vGPUs.
