so uhh i've struggled on and off with disordered eating (both binging and restricting) for years and i'm so tired of being fat so here i am.....

i've never tracked calories before for my own sanity, i just wouldn't eat a lot. normally i would just omad and not worry about how much it was. but seeing these super intense diets is making me realize there is so many more calories than i thought.....
