@Vonlanthen24@ESOR2021online Hi! Thanks for your interest. The radiometric probe has been already synthesised but only preliminary experimental results have been obtained. From a theoretical perspective, several calculations were performed and everything hints for a good behaviour 1/2
@jbharper74@ChrisSlootweg@ESOR2021online Cell (HeLa) culture essays showed no significant toxicity up to 20µM. Also, some interference was reported due to mitochondria autofluorescence, although a good and increasing relationship was obtained between time of incubation and intensity.
@ChrisSlootweg@ESOR2021online It has already been synthesized and tested in vitro both chemically and in cell culture. A paper on the complete work is currently submitted to publication!!
