“I can’t feel peace in this country anymore.”
~ RSS & BJP supporter Sanjay Dutt
Imagine if even BJP supporters don’t feel at peace in this country, what must be the condition of an average Muslim of this country ?
i wonder how many times Allah delayed a punishment, covered a sin, accepted a rushed tawbah, or gave us another sunrise we absolutely did not deserve. His mercy is so vast and yet we still test its limits like we’re guaranteed more time

🚨Zinedine Zidane on Jorge Jesus’ treatment of Cristiano Ronaldo with Portugal:
🎙️ Reporter: “Zinedine, what do you make of the way Jorge Jesus has handled Cristiano Ronaldo and everything that has happened with Portugal?”
🗣️ Zinedine Zidane: “I wouldn’t do that to Kylian Mbappé, and I wouldn’t do it to any France player if that’s what you want to know.
“I find it extremely disrespectful that a player of Cristiano’s pedigree can be treated this way and, in less than 24 hours, someone else is being announced with his number.
“You can make football decisions. You can leave Cristiano on the bench. You can decide he doesn’t start a particular match. That is the coach’s right.
“But there is a difference between making a football decision and making a player feel disposable.
“And what makes it worse is that there was an agreement reached privately, then something different was said publicly.
“If you tell Cristiano one thing behind closed doors and then present another version outside, of course he is going to feel betrayed.
“Jorge Jesus is the coach, but Cristiano Ronaldo is not just another player walking into the Portugal dressing room.
“This is a man who carried that shirt for more than two decades. He made Portugal believe they could compete with anyone.
“You don’t erase that because a new coach arrives.
“And you certainly don’t erase it overnight by handing his number to someone else and acting as if nothing happened.
“Portugal can move forward. They should move forward. Every national team eventually has to prepare for the future.
“But preparing for the future does not require disrespecting the past.
“If Jorge wanted to move away from Cristiano, he could have done it with dignity. He could have spoken honestly, explained his football reasons and protected the relationship.
“Instead, now everyone is talking about the conflict rather than Portugal’s football.
“And that is the part I don’t understand.
You had Cristiano Ronaldo in your dressing room. The least you owe a player like that is honesty, respect and dignity.
“Portugal may find another No. 7.
“But they will never find another Cristiano Ronaldo.”
Every word of this powerful speech by Dr John Reuwer - an emergency medicine physician who was captured by the IDF from the Freedom Flotilla:
“Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed it is the only thing that ever has.”
🕊️
Forgive me I don’t trust you guys to be entirely truthful given your ongoing ban on international journalists reporting freely in Gaza. Let them in, and then we can discover the real facts about what you have done there.
Now that Cristiano Ronaldo has quit international football unceremoniously, let's talk about CR7 vs the media
What exactly did Cristiano Ronaldo do to the media?
And please, spare me the usual "arrogance" narrative
That is one of the biggest narratives the media created around his character
So, what exactly was Ronaldo's offence?
I have been watching football for a very long time
Not just watching, I read and pay attention to details, I have never seen a player vilified by the media like Ronaldo
From 2006 to 2026, that's 20 years of football
For most of that period, the media narrative around Ronaldo was relentlessly negative
Ronaldo had two major rivalries throughout his career
The first was with the media, the second was Lionel Messi
The media battle started first
Was his offence because he said he is the greatest player of all time?
Was it because he oozed confidence?
Was it because he believed in himself?
Was it because he talked, did it and delivered?
In 2012, it got to Ronaldo so badly that he asked his agent, Jorge Mendes:
"What is my offence with the media?"
Mendes didn't have an answer
He reached out to Spanish journalist Guillem Balagué and asked him the same question:
"What exactly did Ronaldo do to the media?"
Do you know how crazy that is?
The level of scrutiny had become so intense that even Ronaldo himself was trying to understand what he had done to deserve it
The only way Ronaldo could consistently fight back was on the pitch
Every time the media questioned him, he answered with performances
And whenever there was a dip in his form, the same headline would appear:
"Ronaldo is finished"
That statement followed him repeatedly, especially after injury in 2014 but he proved them wrong
Ronaldo had to develop a thick skin because he couldn't control the narrative
Football fans are fickle, and the Ronaldo-Messi rivalry made everything even worse
Sensational headlines travelled faster than facts, hence fans swallow narrative without checking what was actually said
I have had to post the exact quote because many fans don't read beyond the headline
Left to the media, Ronaldo should have retired about 10 years ago
And what made it worse?
Former players joined the conversation
Thierry Henry, as brilliant as he is as a pundit, will lose all objectivity whenever the discussion turns to Cristiano Ronaldo
John Mikel Obi openly said he doesn't like Ronaldo because he considers him arrogant
Before Ronaldo scored his 800th career goal, former France and Chelsea defender, Frank Leboeuf was asked on ESPN whether Ronaldo could reach 800 goals
Instead of analysis, he made jest and mocked CR7
Ronaldo was still at Manchester United when he reached the milestone
At Juventus, the media created this strange narrative that Ronaldo's goals were hurting Juventus
A player scored 101 goals in three seasons and somehow became the problem?
How?
What would the criticism have been if he had scored only 50?
Probably even worse
Yet that narrative stuck that people now talked down on goals and made it overrated in football
There was never a time in football when scoring goals became something that could negatively affect your team until the 'Ronaldo-at-Juventus' narrative became popular
The media turned Gianluigi Buffon and Giorgio Chiellini interviews into Ronaldo being the problem
The same thing happened when he returned to Manchester United
Suddenly, Ronaldo was the problem again
In Portugal, he became the problem according to the media
That's why he should have quit after the 2026 FIFA World Cup
Ronaldo is not perfect, he has his character flaws like everyone
20 years of character assasination
20 years of wrong narratives and agenda
20 years of labeling him as the villain
Ronaldo went to war against the media
He came
He saw
He fought
He conquered
An inspiration to billions
A blessing to football
A phenomenon that may never be repeated
CR7, let's get the 1,000 goals
SIUUUUUUU 🐐
26 years to the day that we watched Jamal al-Durrah try to protect his 12-year-old son Muhammad from being shot and killed as he tried to hide by his side. Muhammad was killed a few minutes after this picture was taken. 23 years later, Israel killed Jamal’s brothers too.
🚨🎙️Toni Kroos on Bruno Fernandes:
"This match just showed that Bruno Fernandes has always been a problem for Portugal.
His stupid decision to stop playing good football as a midfielder whenever Ronaldo is on the pitch has cost Portugal a lot.
In today's game you could clearly see Bruno playing passes into the final third and even providing two assists but whenever Ronaldo was on the pitch, some how the passes are played to the Goal keeper (Laughs).
At some point, you have to ask yourself why."

🚨🇵🇹 Diogo Dalot DESTROYS Portuguese journalists over Cristiano Ronaldo!
“You got exactly what you wanted. Cristiano is gone, and you should be celebrating instead of asking me about him every five minutes.
For years, you treated him differently from everyone else. You searched for every little thing you could use against him — arrogant, selfish, difficult, whatever story would get attention. You questioned his character more than you ever respected his achievements.
Now he has left the camp, so why are you still obsessed with him? You wanted him out, didn’t you? Then enjoy it.
Don’t suddenly pretend you care about Cristiano Ronaldo now. If you spent years trying to push a legend away, at least have the courage to admit you got what you wanted.” 🔥🇵🇹
🚨🇵🇹 PORTUGAL FANS ARE SPEAKING OUT FOR CRISTIANO RONALDO!
Supporters are reportedly protesting over how Cristiano Ronaldo has been treated following his dramatic departure from the Portugal camp.
After everything CR7 has given to the national team, many fans believe his situation deserved a different level of respect. 🐐🇵🇹
From the camp controversy to his No.7 being handed to Rafael Leão… emotions are running high.
CRISTIANO RONALDO IS MORE THAN JUST A PLAYER TO PORTUGAL. ❤️🇵🇹
🚨Pepe on Jorge Jesus announcing Rafael Leão as Portugal’s new No. 7 less than 24 hours after Cristiano Ronaldo left the national team camp:
🗣️ Pepe: “When I saw the announcement that Rafael Leão would wear the number 7 against Denmark, honestly, it hurt me.
“Not because of Rafael. He has done absolutely nothing wrong. He is a fantastic player, and I hope he has a great game.
“But because of what that number represents.
“Cristiano Ronaldo has just left the Portugal camp, and less than 24 hours later, we are already announcing another player with his number.
“Some people will say, ‘Pepe, it’s only a shirt.’
“No.
“Not that shirt.
“Cristiano didn’t just wear number 7. He turned it into CR7. He made that number one of the most recognisable symbols in football.
“Look at Argentina and Messi. They understood that when a legend leaves, you don’t immediately rush to replace everything he represented. They have kept the number 10 vacant because they understand what it means.
“Portugal should have shown the same respect to Cristiano.
“Yes, I understand that someone has to wear number 7. Rafael has been given the shirt and he isn’t responsible for any of this.
“But the timing is what bothers me.
“Cristiano has given Portugal more than 20 years of his life. He carried that shirt through victories, defeats, criticism, injuries and moments when people said he was finished.
“And now, after the way he has left the camp, the first thing we see is another player being announced with his number.
“Maybe that wasn’t the intention.
“But sometimes football is about the message you send.
“You cannot erase CR7 in 24 hours.
“You cannot replace 20 years with one announcement.
“Rafael Leão can create his own history. He can become his own No. 7.
“But he should never be asked to carry Cristiano’s legacy.
“Because there will always be another player who wears number 7.
“There will never be another Cristiano Ronaldo.”
