They will often tell you what the issue is, or where you need to ask more.

It feels like this is being so lost in the quagmire of access and overload.

I have lots of plans for 2024, but honestly I think one of the most healthy and important is going to be leaving Twitter. I have 19K posts, including a lot of educational stuff I don’t want to lose but it’s SUCH a time-suck. My willpower is minimal so I’ll keep the account but…

@davekelley85193 @Nigemufcok @cllr_aston as consultations tend not to happen in the waiting room when it can be helped, I’d imagine any staff you couldn’t see were actually working behind closed doors.

Yes, access & service is horrendous. But not for lack of work from staff. You could always pay ££ to go private 🤷🏼‍♀️
