Greetings Village! Y’all know we love a good literacy event. We are supporting the Book Lovers Expo & Food Truck Festival happening in the midlands on Saturday July 27 (see flyer for details). Join us and be sure to stop by our booth to grab a sercy and see what we have brewing.
We’re at it again…out in the community reading and donating books. We want to encourage reading as a lifelong habit. Thanks for having us Brookland Baptist Summer Camp and Children’s Ministry. 😊
“Are you there God, it’s me Margret?” by Judy Blume was one of my childhood faves. What’s yours? Had a blast sharing free books at the Juneteenth event. Reading is essential and can improve brain/memory function. Thx to villagers who brought new book donations. We appreciate u!

How about a good old fashioned family/friends reading night…we’ll supply the books! 📚 To encourage summer reading, the Alaina Coates FAAM Foundation will be giving away free books at AASI’s Juneteenth Celebration (see flyer). Come grab a book or two!
Drum roll 🥁🥁🥁...Pls help us welcome and congratulate our 2024 scholarship and award recipients. This year we saw a 453% increase in scholarship submissions (not a typo) and we are ecstatic! The village is growing and we are blessed to be a blessing. Congratulations awardees!
