Something everyone affected needs to understand:
D’CENT is not the parent company. IoTrust Co., Ltd. in South Korea is the company that CREATED and OPERATES D’CENT.
IoTrust says its business is built around:
🔐 Digital asset protection
🔐 Cold storage
🔐 Secure private-key storage
🔐 Secure transaction execution
🔐 Authentication and security solutions
This is the company ultimately behind the wallet many of us trusted to protect our assets.
And IoTrust is not an unknown operation. The company says it has received approximately ₩10 billion in cumulative investment, has users across 220 countries, and was selected for South Korea's Baby Unicorn program.
That gives me some HOPE — but now we need ANSWERS.
Does IoTrust carry cyber, technology E&O, product liability, or other insurance that could respond to this incident?
If so:

➡️ Has a claim been opened?
➡️ What coverage applies?
➡️ Are customer losses potentially covered?
➡️ Has the carrier been formally notified?
➡️ What is IoTrust's plan for affected D’CENT users?
I have NOT found public confirmation of an insurance policy or coverage for these losses. That doesn't mean coverage doesn't exist — it means IoTrust needs to tell its customers.
Instead of everyone suffering quietly, let's start respectfully demanding answers from the company actually behind D’CENT.

The D’CENT community has been left fighting for answers largely on our own. We’re tracing transactions, contacting exchanges, filing reports, sharing evidence and trying to get someone—ANYONE—to pay attention.
I don’t know whether this incident affected you personally, but we haven’t heard much from you.
Can you help us?
Can you reach D’CENT through your contacts? Can you help get answers? Can you use your platform to bring attention to the people who are still trying to figure out what happened?
We’ve pushed this as far as we can by ourselves.

ZachXBT is now tracing stolen Bitget funds through cross-chain routes, including THORChain, before funds move toward services like Wasabi.
Sound familiar?
In the D’CENT incident, our tracing has also pointed to a path involving ChangeNOW → THORChain.
I am NOT saying these hacks are connected. I’m saying the movement pattern matters.
Cross-chain swaps can make stolen crypto exponentially harder to follow — which is exactly why every hop needs to be documented quickly.
D’CENT victims deserve professional tracing, transparency, and answers.

DCENT WALLET UPDATE — WHAT DCENT HAS OFFICIALLY ACKNOWLEDGED
No speculation. No rumors. These are points DCENT itself has now publicly confirmed:
• Unauthorized asset transfers occurred involving DCENT App Wallets.
• DCENT says the potential exposure involves wallets whose recovery phrase had been entered into the App Wallet, particularly where transactions were signed using versions before v8.1.0.

• The potential scope includes XRPL, Bitcoin, Ethereum, TRON, EVM chains and others.

• DCENT says it is conducting a technical investigation to determine how this happened and the scope of impact.

• DCENT has reported the incident to Korean law enforcement and established a hotline with authorities.

• DCENT says it is working with exchanges, blockchain operators and outside security/on-chain specialists to trace the stolen funds and seek freezes.

• DCENT has instructed potentially affected users to create a completely NEW recovery phrase and move their assets to new addresses.

• DCENT specifically warns users NOT to reuse the old recovery phrase.
That last point matters.

DCENT is telling potentially affected users to abandon the old keys and move their assets while simultaneously investigating how unauthorized transactions became possible in the first place.

And as of its latest public status report, DCENT has not publicly disclosed the technical root cause.
Victims deserve the results of that investigation.

HOW MUCH HAS BEEN FROZEN?
HOW MUCH HAS BEEN RECOVERED?
AND WHAT IS THE PLAN FOR THE VICTIMS?
