🚨 DOCTOR DROPS TRUTH BOMB ON MAMMOGRAMS 🚨

“Data shows we are literally CAUSING breast cancer with screening.”

Dr. Jay Goodbinder just went nuclear:

- After 10 yearly mammograms → 50%+ chance of a false-positive that leads to biopsies & more radiation
- Crushing breasts with 40+ lbs of force + radiation can rupture cysts/tumors and spread cells
- Cochrane Collaboration: For every 2,000 women screened over 10 years, only ~1 life saved… but up to 10 healthy women over-treated + 8–9 eventually die from radiation-induced cancers
- A major study (JNCI) found careful breast exams alone reduce mortality JUST AS MUCH as mammograms in women 50+

Is “early detection” worth becoming the statistic?

Safer, zero-radiation alternatives exist RIGHT NOW:
✅ Thermography
✅ QT Ultrasound (no compression, better accuracy)
✅ MRI for high-risk

True prevention? Cancer is metabolic:
→ Keto/low-carb (starves tumors)
→ Ditch seed oils, sugar, processed junk
→ Fasting → autophagy cleanup
→ Vitamin D >70 ng/mL (cuts risk dramatically)
→ Avoid synthetic birth control hormones
