@MilanLaser Houston we have a problem. I had a terrible experience and needed medical attention the Regional Manager Bethann was supposed to reach out to me and call me back. It has been nearly 6 months and nothing. No accountability. I must say I’m very disappointed

@MilanLaser I’m very upset I have not received a call from the regional manager Bethann. I received laser on my face, had a new tech along with a new machine. My face was burnt and 4 weeks later my face is still swollen. 😡

@kbhome I can do that but I’m hoping I don’t get the same response. Funny thing I sent pictures to my local warranty liaison and was told oh it’s “cosmetic” and not warranty items. Thing is I’ve been telling them the about the issues for months.

@kbhome I must admit you do build a beautiful home, however the corners your contractors cut when building the home the homeowner doesn’t learn of them until after living in the home. What’s sad is some things are not considered a “warrantable” item.
