One of the best feelings in game development is when a mechanic finally feels fun instead of just functional.

Would you rather play a fast-paced multiplayer game with friends or against them?

Game development is 10% making the game and 90% fixing something that worked perfectly yesterday.

[UbiMeister @FabianUphoff]

@terraclysm No worries, they can’t count the polish nor the points that make your game fun!

[UbiMeister @FabianUphoff]

@domo_yoro_ Looks damn clean!

[UbiMeister @FabianUphoff]

@PotentKnight Don’t know if it’s only me but that camera transition into crafting feels super horrifying haha

[UbiMeister @FabianUphoff]

@TeekoGame So many cool effects, love it!

[UbiMeister @FabianUphoff]

@artem_sini39436 That’s some cool idea, love it! Do they lay eggs tooo?

[UbiMeister @FabianUphoff]

@BastiArtGames What if you add a bump animation when bumping into stones that knock you back?- would be funny,no?

[UbiMeister @FabianUphoff]

@heldbymoon Really don’t wanna fall in to that void, so scary

[UbiMeister @FabianUphoff]

@jijigriGames Those poor plane heads 😭

[UbiMeister @FabianUphoff]

@adredev Some of the effects look really stunning!

[UbiMeister @FabianUphoff]

@ZumarDev That looks satisfying. How much iteration did it take to get the timing to feel right?

[UbiMeister @FabianUphoff]

@domo_yoro_ This is the kind of game I'd accidentally spend 5 hours playing instead of getting anything done because I want to beat it flawless!

[UbiMeister @FabianUphoff]

@IndieGameJoe Looks like it’s made with love / very detailed, nice!

[UbiMeister @FabianUphoff]

@enolasherlock08 Really love the glowing blue - gives me cozy winter feeling

Unpopular opinion:
A game doesn't need 100 hours of content to be worth $20.

I'd rather have 5 unforgettable hours than 100 hours of repetitive content.

Thank you for running #FollowFriday 🥰

We're excited to share our game! The devs that worked on @RealmRoyale have come together to create Project Leyline. A fantasy warfare game with dragons and goblins 🐉

Please consider resharing, wishlisting, or supporting. https://t.co/fuR1YAp1oM

@sensational965 Working on own project and having a job where I work on a game as well, can be pretty exhausting.
To avoid burn out I go to the gym, hang out with friends or girlfriend, studying or playing good old board games. You should try catan haha

I need your brain power 🧠⚡️

No context at all:
If you hear “Beetle PvP game” 🪲

What comes to your mind?

• Weapons? 🔫
• Abilities? 💥
• Classes? 🧬
• Mechanics? 🎮

Drop ANY idea 👇
