Twitch is starting limited testing of GIFs in chat.

Tier 2 and Tier 3 Subscribers to a channel invited to the test will be able to send GIFs. There is a 30-second cooldown period per user.

Moderation is the same as any chat message - mods/streamer can delete posted GIFs.
