@lambertgoe78411 Why not $LYFT? I do see some technicals that make me hesitate a bit but David Risher seems to be making a difference no? Combine that with the world cup as a catalyst... shouldn't it be enough to at the very least give a decent earning?
@Stocktology_ I could be wrong, but I think the only way out of this is a big, sustained move to the upside. We would need strong volume and conviction on the earnings news to overcome the technical weakness and order book resistance. Thoughts?
@HenryNextinvest It retraced a fair amount. Not sure why that happened in the first place but it seems like it wants to go to test 27.50. I would most likely wait until it crosses that price. If it does then play a long call in the money. How would you approach this one?
@HenryNextinvest What would be the course of action when seeing something like this?
Would there be a checklist you'd go by?
I would consider a put for ABNB seeing how it's been overbought since December 15th (on the daily) but 1 factor doesn't feel enough...
@HenryNextinvest The last time there was a drop like this one with RSI < 20, it was July 2024. It had a reasonable bounce but things were different... ERP issue vs Pricing headwinds and likely lower margin toward the end of the year.....
@k3vl4rtr4d3z Out of curiossity... Why 50?
Technicals seem promising (A bull flag seems to be forming and if we look at the 5+Y chart we can see that a cup would bring us all the way to 60) however... aside from datacenters, I'm not sure what other catalysts to consider...
I'm hoping we keep seeing green days but I can't help but wonder... since there is negative sentiment for the sector, is the red going to resume tomorrow?
@thebeingintime @em013L@grok if you take into account the q2 preliminary report (for this stock) that came out recently, would there be a new case to consider? If not, which of these case is the most likely candidate?
@simpleswingman So the preliminary report is more of a short term concern?
At the end of q1 they had about 2.99B so I'm thinking they should be able to navigate reasonably well through those losses they mentioned until they find a way to mitigate them. Wistful thinking?
