@FlyFrontier Made a formal complaint, staff on phone was rude!Told me I was lying about not being able to sit in my own seat! Once again staff on plane told me to sit in a different seat then had to be moved again because other people had this seat. Is this normal

@FlyFrontier Took flight to Austin. Was charged 45.00 for small bag. Once on board found other people sitting in our seats. Was Told Military had privileges to sit anywhere?! On board staff did nothing to fix the problem. Meds were stolen from suit case. No help! DO Not Fly!
