Try these 11 habits for the entire month of June. All of them. 👇

1. No revenge trades. Not one. 🚫
2. Max 2 trades a day.
3. First trade is a loss? Close the laptop. You're done. 💻
4. Same size on every setup, no exceptions.
5. Only enter when the level is so obvious it's almost boring.
6. Don't look at your PnL while the trade is live. 🙈
7. Journal every single trade. Wins, losses, everything.
8. Charts review after close. Every. Single. Day.
9. 7+ hours of sleep before every session. Non-negotiable. 😴
10. Spend more time away from the screen than on it.
11. Wake up at the same time every morning. Same process. Every day. ⏰

Do this for 30 days straight and tell me your account looks the same.

It won't.

Most traders will quit by day 4. They'll call it discipline but really it's just uncomfortable. 😂

Ok I have been trading futures since 2012, started at CBOT with a trading education group. Back then we never had micros. And I think my biggest issue with it since was always fomo. But recently I've really been using them and it's incredible. I have so much more room to play. I'm right so much more often. I have used them but it stressed me out a lot using them I always thought I should have just used minis. Fomo!! live as learn. Crushed it this week on just micros.

Wasn't always the best trader but never lost as much as much as I have given to Prop Firms in the last year.
