@British_Airways BA Gold here, several weeks ago I received an email advising I had changed email address, I hadn’t. Called immediately and was advised to complete an online form changing to a new email address and someone would contact me … zero response! Account still locked!

@British_Airways This is still not resolved despite many calls to the Gold line with agents telling me they are escalating it but nothing happens … what a poor way to treat your customers considering my account was hacked … and only my BA account so probably due to your security being breached

@GLA_Airport the irony is I could have booked parking opposite the terminal £52 for 2 hours ! Still absolutely scandalous… @EDI_Airport 2 weeks ago I paid £16 for 2 hours !! Much more reasonable in my option!

@GLA_Airport used your long stay car park for the recommended 1 hour free parking. Went in at 0620 waited 20 mins for the bus. Now been waiting 15 mins outside terminal to get the bus back ..it’s £50 if you exceed the 1 hour. Seems like a massive con!

@GLA_Airport I don’t blame the driver he will have scheduled breaks he seemed to be the only one driving to and from the airport this morning…. we had him there and back. My point is people should be aware it’s virtually impossible to get there and back within the hour so expect to pay £50
