The MCA "Company Master Data" page only shows active directors. If a director is appointed and resigns in the same year, they vanish from the main screen.
Dear @MCA21India , it's time to add a
"Resigned/Retired Directors" tab to the main master data view!

With V3, I feel that we have accepted bugs as features. What was supposed to be a simple task is taking 5-10 attempts and it is considered as normal. The amount of time wasted doing these simple tasks is humongous and almost everything goes in non-billable hours

For checking a single master data in MCA Portal, 2-3 captchas are required. Why? This is just a waste of time.

MCA has made annual filing, especially AOC 4 and MGT-7/MGT-7A, unnecessarily complicated this year.

AOC-4 now comes with multiple linked forms like the Board Report extract and Extract of Auditor's Report (standalone or consolidated), which means at least three forms to be filed.

MGT-7 / MGT-7A now require all shareholder details to be uploaded through an Excel linked sheet, adding more steps and more hassle for companies.
