@johnjcook U.S. securities laws worked! Lawyers (incl. some many *worked for WeWork/banks*) disclosed insanity in the 10-k before the general public was allowed to invest, killing IPO. Loss was borne by Softbank (or sovereign wealth funds investing in Softbank's fund). No tears for them.

Instead, institute punitive taxes on private car owners, street parkers and garage curb cuts. Car owners are the true thieves of public streets for private gain.
