@PNCBank I find it extremely funny that one of your branch locations called and thanked me for being a loyal customer for 5 years and asked if I needed anything. Oddly enough a complaint about another branch (greenbriar) has no resolution.

@PNCBank. After waiting 40 minutes at branch 3336 I was assisted and in order to verify that I’m the account owner, I had to pull up my account information via mobile. My ID or Bankcards weren’t verification enough. I made a deposit w-o having to verify.

@ATT is one of the largest service providers, but has the WORST customer service. I’ve called at this point 7x trying to get an internet issue resolved. 2 technicians were scheduled, yet no one showed. I’m on the phone once again giving the same info.
