The interesting part isn't the model. It's what people will do with it: run four agents
at once, on the same repo.

Agent 1 decides: no Redis.
Agent 3 doesn't know. Installs Redis.
Agent 2 re-explains the stack. Third time today.

Four agents, four contexts, zero shared memory.

Facto gives them one: a single SQLite file in the project, checked against git.

How it works: every agent writes facts to one SQLite file (WAL mode, so concurrent
writes don't collide). Facto compares those facts against the actual repo state and
shows a traffic light.
Green only when memory and code agree.

Lesson 5: assume several agents at once.

That's normal now, not exotic. One memory, shared — but give each agent its own area, or two of them will overwrite each other's handoff.

4 agents writing at the same instant, 48 facts, none lost. Tested, not assumed.
