As a student I reported out the allegations of racism made against the Northwestern cheerleading team and now similar allegations are coming out against their football team. Black players/staff were asked to cut their locks, Black cheerleaders were forced to remove their braids

As we said in our letter, we need accountability - the culture of the program must change, and we must take concrete measures to ensure that *all* our student athletes are free from harassment, assault, and retaliation. We can’t support further investment in the status quo.
