A trader claims @FundingPips banned his account over alleged CID matching, but says the evidence provided to him was incomplete.

According to the trader, the logs did not show the timestamp, matched identifier, IP details, or the specific account/device allegedly linked to him.

What raises an additional question is the log showing “Client Web Build 5830.” The trader says he only traded through MT5 and never used the web terminal or MT5 through a browser.

If the CID match is the reason for the ban, the trader believes he should be shown the actual evidence so he can understand and respond to the allegation.

A CID violation should be supported by clear, verifiable evidence — not just an unexplained log entry.

He is asking @FundingPips to conduct a proper review and clarify exactly what triggered the decision.

🚨 WORST EXPERIENCE WITH FUNDINGPIPS? — TRADER CLAIMS

A trader says he bought his first @fundingpips account and passed Phase 1 within a few hours.

According to the trader, after Phase 1 his account was placed under review while he waited for the Phase 2 account.

The trader @WilsonJame21072 claim he is based in Pakistan and faced MT5 broker-server connectivity issues. He says he used a VPN briefly to connect to the broker server and log into MT5, then turned the VPN off.

According to his account, FundingPips subsequently banned him from using its services.

He says he emailed the firm, contacted customer support and reached out on X, but claims he did not receive a satisfactory resolution. He also says his refund request was denied.

The trader claims he paid $500 for the account and believes he was treated unfairly.

🚨 ANOTHER TRADER, SAME FIRM, SAME PAYOUT DISPUTE 🚨

Trader @ambitiousmind06 says @GuardianFutures rejected a $7K payout and restricted access to accounts with a combined balance of $26K.

According to Guardian Futures, the decision was based on alleged “coordinated opposing positions” in MNQU6, citing trades that were opened and closed at the same or closely corresponding times.

The trader disputes the allegation, saying there was no coordinated or hedging activity and that the firm has not provided sufficient evidence to support the decision.

$7K payout denied. $26K balance restricted.

The key question: What evidence supports the decision?

A trader claims FundingPips has changed its explanation regarding his alleged breach.

The original claim reportedly focused on Account #11176642 and a CID violation. The trader says he provided MT5 logs, Dupikium confirmation, and evidence that FundingPips moderators had previously said copiers were allowed.

After 21 days and public pressure on X, he says FundingPips is now pointing to a different account, #10806044, allegedly accessed from the same device as 15 other accounts.
