A fishing-net-type Cu(BCP)(PEIE) coordination interlayer is developed to tackle moisture and ion migration degradation of perovskite devices. The metal-anchored hierarchical network optimizes interfacial energy alignment, accelerates charge extraction and blocks bidirectional halide/Ag diffusion. Devices with different bandgaps deliver 26.19% / 24.11% / 20.00% PCE, with Voc & FF over 90% of S-Q limit. Fully air-fabricated flexible PSCs reach 23.03% efficiency, retaining >95% performance after 10,000 bending cycles. Unencapsulated devices maintain T95 over 2000 h and withstand direct water immersion, offering universal interfacial design for ambient-manufacturing durable perovskite optoelectronics.
