@PT_TransJakarta@DwiiAntikaa Iya min tolong dipercepat waktu keberangkatan bus terutama di rush hour (pagi&sore). Kalau antrian sudah menumpuk di halte, kami yg ingin tiba di tujuan tepat waktu jadi telat. Pdhl sudah spare waktu yg byk juga. Tx
@PT_TransJakarta @endry_prayoga Agree!!! Tolong suhu AC di dlm bus dikecilin kalo lg penuh. Sumpek bgt min krn bus dlm keadaan trtutup, penuh, dan AC-nya panas. Kalo gitu kn mending dibuka jendelanya kalo AC-nya panas. Tx
Totally agree. It makes us (customer) feel uncomfortable. I will help them if I can, but not all the time. I have my own reason too. Please consider this issue.
dear @gojekindonesia I really appreciate your innovation but it really turns out being s*ck when u put KPI for ur driver and asked them to push cust top up go-pay via driver. Even I politely refused it. they stil insist. Please consider this thing!
