@AAASafety@AAAauto On 12/27/21 I bought a battery from AAA and they installed it. Ever since then I’ve had so many issues with my car. I’ve had to replace my headlights twice in the last 6 months. When it’s a little bit cold my car won’t start up so I’d need a jump from AAA.
Then I called back and was on hold for 2 hours. This clear grounds for a lawsuit. I am now sitting in my car waiting once again for a jump. AAA is good until they are not. No accountability at all for damaging my car.
They do not have a inventory system to check if any of their providers has the correct battery or workers that will help track down the battery. I was told “we can’t order the battery because we get them overseas” which makes no sense at all.
A few days ago I needed a jump and this is the only guy who checked my car out and inform me that I was sold the wrong battery. So I called AAA and they took absolutely no accountability just pushed me off. Even told me to go buy a battery myself and submit for reimbursement ..
