I have a lost package that you say was delivered. I call, and your phone service says I have to submit a claim online. I try to submit a claim online, and it says I can't open a claim. I try calling to talk to a person, and it says "I can't connect you with an agent."
@LenovoSupport@Lenovo@CNET@PCMag No joke, here is a screenshot of my repair status, from Lenovo's website, which still says service is expected to be completed by 4/13/21, which, it may surprise you to learn, is in the past.
@LenovoSupport@Lenovo Would truly love a response from you. I have been promised follow up, but haven't received it. I wonder if @PCMag or @CNET has a "this is why you never buy a service plan" story in the hopper.
@LenovoSupport@Lenovo I still haven't received any updates from you, despite you having my laptop since 4/15/21. Is it normal for you to not respond to customers? I can see why you have only 1.4 stars on @Trustpilot.
@LenovoSupport Hey Erica, I spoke with someone at your repair hotline yesterday who informed me that nobody had even touched my laptop, despite it having been delivered a full two weeks earlier. Why is my service so far outside of your standard time frame?
@LenovoSupport Just had a super unhelpful conversation with your online chat. Your warranty service is slooooow. Your repair service is slow. Your repair status for work in progress is totally unhelpful. (1)
The thing is, I'm annoyed that this is taking so long, but I can understand that. It's tough time for everyone right now. What is unacceptable is the complete lack of communication from @LenovoSupport. What is unforgivable is making me spend all this time chasing a basic update.
@LenovoSupport You're never going to believe this! I spoke with a person who was able to tell me what's going on with my laptop! @lenovo, you should hear about this, too! @DellCares you probably want an update. @HP why not join the party?
And apparently the reason that the repair status (you know, the one I keep being directed to to check on the status of my repair) isn't showing any updates is because it also isn't working. WTF, @LenovoSupport?
@DellCares Do you do repairs for customers? Do you update them as the repair progresses? It bet you would be surprised that @LenovoSupport does not. Or maybe not. Maybe you have heard about how terrible they are. If you want details, happy to provide!
@LenovoSupport Repair Status on your website for my repair has not been updated in a month. Your customer service is terrible. Finally, Comcast has some competition!
@LenovoSupport I do not find it surprising, but I am disappointed, that my repair status is still not updated. I would have thought that, after last week, some action - any action at all - would have been taken. But no. Just bad service.
