This is my ex silage field. 5 years on. It has exceeded all my expectations, & then some. No need to sow wildflower seeds, they are in the soil waiting for an opportunity to flower. #Dontmow cut & lift. Reduce soil fertility to create better conditions for wildflowers.
@Fergusodowd@CllrDolores Fergus, this road will not end the gridlock in Ardee. We need a bypass that works! We don't need the proposed N52 Ardee bypass. Most of Ardee's traffic comes from the N2. Why are we building a road through a flood zone and bog?
Do you think we can get to 15,000 signatures? The petition to #SaveArdeeBog and protect the #Curlews will close when the exhibition ends this weekend. Thanks very much for signing and sharing.

Why is Ireland building a road through a bog? It will not solve the traffic problem it claims it will fix. More info in the exhibition Dynamic Power at The Horse, a new project space in Dublin. Open today until 6pm. Open tomorrow until 8pm. https://t.co/HdcQqpLsVC
St. Brigid's Day is linked to the Celtic festival of Imbolc, marking the end of darkness and return of Spring. It's a day steeped in Irish traditions and history and one which celebrates women. Surely this should be a bank holiday over an American tradition.
Hi @VirginMediaIE I have been on hold for over two hours today. Got through twice and both times the line dropped on your side. I have full signal. Please help, your customer service is torture 😭😭
Friends of Ardee Bog gave our petition w 10,800 signatures to @paulmurphy_TD for @EamonRyan.
Paul: Absolutely crazy to see a Green Party Minister for Transport attempting to push through this road against local & environmental opposition. It will deepen the biodiversity crisis.
Please don't replace turf with plastic grass. It:
🐝 Offers no food and shelter to wildlife
🌱 Has a high carbon footprint
⚠️ Wears out and ends up in landfill
🐬 Sheds microplastics which wash into rivers & the sea
💦 Worsens flooding
🙈 Looks rubbish
