@elonmusk Statutes of limitation exist for a reason. No judge is going to strike 250 years of case law just because your lawyers waited too long to bring the case.
@elonmusk@BrianRoemmele Maybe you could open-source your mass-report system that has caused the suspension of millions of human accounts? You know it's a live exploit, right?
@ringer@katiebakes Very funny article! Katie should write about Nikita Bier, the nerd and former online thief who now runs X for Musk. I can provide a lot of material.
@elonmusk Your company is making millions by continuing to charge credit cards of people whose accounts are suspended, and denying refund requests. That's a crime — not only in France but in all 50 U.S. states.
I have information on unsolved crimes in California.
The X platform, led by @nikitabier, mass-suspends people's accounts but continues to charge their credit cards after the suspension. In all other contexts, this would be called theft.
And if you pay $400 for a year and get suspended on day 1, the money's also gone. "Appeals" are a sham operated by a bot. I have detailed documentary evidence of their practices collected from dozens of people over 18 months. Please investigate them.
