@AmazonHelp One of your Amazon drivers just opened my front door without knocking to deliver a parcel! Literally came home minutes before which was why it was unlocked and it absolutely petrified me and my partner! Extremely unprofessional & want it escalated!

@sainsburys Hi - I had a text 20 mins ago to say my groceries payment hasn’t gone through. Called the number supplied & I’ve already been on hold for 15 mins without speaking to any human. My delivery is due between 6-7pm tonight. Not a clue what to do!
