Seizures can be frightening, but the right response saves lives. Stay calm, keep the person safe, turn them on their side, and never put anything in their mouth. Knowing seizure first aid makes a real difference.

Frostbite signs include numbness, skin color changes, pins and needles, or blisters. Move to warmth, remove wet clothing, and gently warm the area in warm water (max 42ยฐC). Do not rub. For severe frostbite or black skin, get medical help immediately. #FirstAid#CPR#WinterSafety
CPR for an unresponsive person: Check for danger, then check response. Call 911 and send for an AED. Open the airway and check breathing. If not breathing, start CPR: 30 compressions, 2 breaths, repeat. Use the AED as soon as available. #FirstAid#CPR
Suspect a venomous snakebite: call 911/EMS. Move to safety and keep the person still, bite level with the heart. Remove rings or tight clothing. Rinse with water and cover with a clean, dry dressing. Wait for paramedics. #FirstAid#CPR#Safety
