But your engineers are only available after two days. That means I have to use another service provider to complete my work.

@JioCare That’s the problem. Your earliest schedule is after 2 days. That was not the case when I was using Airtel Xtreme where my issues were fixed same day.

@MiIndiaSupport i have been facing problems with my MI,TV remote which is giving me hard time to deal with the customer service team ,to get it fixed as remote has not operating properly,
i contacted the rep on july 11 th 2023, it took forever to get response from the team,
I complained for Redmi TV remote on 11th July. Your executive visited the next day and said I'll get a new remote as it's under warranty. Now there's no response from you. My warranty is expiring today. I didn't expect this from Xiaomi.@XiaomiIndia@MiIndiaSupport@RedmiIndia
