Due to this excessive delay, please process my ticket refund at the earliest.

Delhivery, EcomExpress, Valmo, etc जैसे लोग टाइम से पहले डिलीवरी कर देते हैं।
@CromaRetail My order isn't delivered due to PIN code issue. Old PIN 262407 (invalid) shows WEIFANG, CHINA on your site. New PIN 243407 works with other couriers like DELHIVERY, but EKART refuses it. Wasted 35-40 days! Please resolve & deliver ASAP.

EKART says new PIN is wrong, asks me to enter OLD PIN. BUT when I enter OLD PIN on https://t.co/FUTpwO8crd, it shows Weifang, China 🤦♂️
Other couriers like Delhivery & Ecom Express deliver perfectly with the NEW PIN.
@SwiggyCares When I'm placing a new order I'm also seeing a cancellation charge of ₹308 which is absolutely wrong.
I was mistaken in placing this order and tried to cancel it immediately but it didn't work.

It’s been 2 years, not 48 hours.
If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will port my SIM to Airtel. Please take this seriously.

@JioCare Using Jio since 2016, but I’ve never connected to customer care from my number. IVR gives no advisor option. I'm complaining for 2 years via another sim, always promised 24–48 hrs wait, still unresolved. I've video proof of this. Fix this or I’ll port to Airtel.
@JioCare I’ve been using this Jio SIM since 2016, but till today I have never been able to connect to customer care from my number. The IVR never gives the option to press 9 to talk to an advisor.
