@citrini I've seen strong aversion to Chinese models in the enterprise. I wonder if cost alone will be enough to change that.
Huge opportunity for Meta to get their shit together and fill that gap for us.
@AnthropicAI@ClaudeDevs There is a bug with Claude Cowork handling MCP Apps that is greatly hindering adoption for my team.
The MCP Apps spec is explicit: structuredContent is "Structured data optimized for UI rendering (not added to model context)." But Claude counts it toward the tool-result size limit. A 90KB Prefab widget renders fine in the iframe, but model gets a "result too large, saved to file" error and starts trying to jq/python-extract the file to "render" what already rendered. Spec-conformance fix would route structuredContent to the iframe channel only. https://t.co/lazM8v08HR
@AnthropicAI I've rolled Claude Cowork out to many small businesses. I have a feature request:
Let me, as the Cowork admin, setup scheduled tasks on behalf of users in my org.
This would save me so much time and would increase your revenue.
The AI labor replacement theory makes absolutely no sense to me
Here is the simple math
Let’s say an engineer making $300K/yr was generating $500K in P&L output for me.
Now I arm that engineer with $20K in input to make him 20% more productive
My total engineering cost goes to $320K/yr but the output is now $600K (+20%)
Because of AI, my ROI on hiring engineers just went up massively. As a CEO, that should make me want to hire more engineers, not less
What am I missing here? Genuinely curious about people’s thoughts
@mitsuhiko A manager communicating requirements to a dev team = a game of telephone. Developers build to spec without "taste" for the business, nor responsibility of ROI. This is a problem I have dealt with my entire career.
Managers as ICs fixes this.

I remember a few years ago Bill Gates and others started buying land like crazy and I didn't understand why. Were they really that early to understand this??
