I recently sat down with Gina Patterson to chat about the emotional experience of failure, and healing our relationship with it on Venture for Canada's A New Wave of #Entrepreneurship podcast.

Chat GPT uses redteaming to build a better, more resilient product. What would it look like to apply this practice of deliberate exposure to small failures to your day-to-day?

Hey Giannis, do you view this season as a failure? https://t.co/Nh4mxvYCmf
There's no such thing as failure, just events. We decide how we respond to them.
"You can have good relationships that do not involve learning, but it's darn near impossible to have effective learning in the absence of strong relationships." So true! Thanks for the insight @ASCatalano

Love this video about the Museum of Failure - check out all the weird and wonderful missteps! Main message: It's okay to get it wrong, we all do. https://t.co/5T6kjBrEKz
“Today’s movement must be so rich that it cannot be reduced to victory or defeat. So prolific that it spills through its containment, composting failure, ... and doing the tender work of listening to the perpetual conversation between hope and its many shadows. ~ Bayo Akomolafe
Why are there so many bad bosses out there?

Today, I'm thinking of the survivors of the residential school system, those who didn’t come home, and the families and communities who loved them. We have a shameful past, and I'm so grateful for the incredible indigenous leaders out there fighting for a better future.
Really enjoying this thread about government's relationship with failure! Agreed, we a citizens could help a lot by offering more grace, empathy and forgiveness when govt tries and fails.
Its important to look at incentives and feedback loops. We cant expect government to be comfortable with failure unless we as citizens support them in this by balancing accountability with grace for failure.
@FailForward @dhanalytics check out this thread.
This @dianakander podcast is so good! Psychologist Guy Winch talks about how failures (and life in general) give us the opportunity to learn, but it's on us to do the hard work of actually figuring out what those lessons are. https://t.co/yy61BOR696
Successfully defended my PhD dissertation today! In the spirit of acknowledging & normalizing failure in the process, I defended in a skirt made of rejection letters from the course of my PhD. #AcademicTwitter#AcademicChatter#PhDone
THANK YOU to everyone involved in my journey
