🚨 Utmost Urgent - Reminder to Demolish illegal structure erected and unauthorised construction 🚨
A remarkable pattern at @mybmc — Complaints, Inspections, Notices, File Movement, and Endless Correspondence.
Yet the illegal structure and unauthorised construction blocking the lawful window, light and ventilation of my premises at Room No. 4, 13 Bora Street, Null Bazar, remains untouched of Building no 11, landlords.
My family and I have been suffering from a lack of natural light and ventilation for nearly one month due to this obstruction. The blockage has caused serious inconvenience and health concerns, as fresh air and sunlight have been completely cut off from our premises.
The most troubling aspect is that a demolition order has already been issued by the C Ward office, and on 4 June the matter was again taken up by the authorities.
Despite this, no effective action has been taken and the illegal structure and unauthorised construction continues to remain in place.
If the violation has already been inspected and a demolition order has been issued, what further verification is required? Why is enforcement being delayed while my family continues to suffer the consequences every day?
The issue is no longer whether the illegal structure exists. The issue is why the order is not being enforced.
Will the concerned officers implement the demolition order and restore our lawful window, light and ventilation, or will official orders remain confined to files while the violation continues unabated?
Will the directions issued by AMC Madam Ashwini Joshi result in actual enforcement on the ground, or remain limited to paperwork?
My family deserves immediate relief, accountability and enforcement of the law.

Despite repeated complaints, grievances, demolition orders and speaking orders, no action has been taken against the illegal structure erected by occupants of Building No. 11, Bora Street, Null Bazar, which has blocked the legal window, light and ventilation of Room No. 4, Building No. 13.
Residents are suffering from serious health, hygiene and safety issues due to complete obstruction of ventilation and natural light. Despite multiple complaints and official orders, the illegal structure still remains.
We request immediate intervention and enforcement of the orders already passed. Kindly protect the rights of residents and take urgent action against the violators.

C ward BMC Ke officer corrupted hai.. plz put an enquiry commission. Instead of taking action They are harassing us.
Despite multiple complaints to MCGM / Police, repeated emails, personal visits, and submission of evidence, no effective action has been taken against the alleged illegal construction/ Structure erection and obstruction of our legal windows and ventilation at Bora Street, Null Bazar, Mumbai.
My family has been residing here for over 55 years. We are facing continuous harassment, loss of natural light and ventilation, and serious health and safety concerns.

मी अत्यंत निराश आणि मानसिक त्रासात आहे. शेजारील इमारतीचे मालक अवैध बांधकाम करत असून त्यामुळे आमच्या कुटुंबाला सतत त्रास सहन करावा लागत आहे. हे बांधकाम C वार्ड, बोरा स्ट्रीट, नल बाजार, इमारत क्र. 11 येथे सुरू आहे. आम्ही या संदर्भात ईमेल, पत्र आणि फोनद्वारे सर्व संबंधित अधिकाऱ्यांकडे अनेक वेळा तक्रारी केल्या आहेत, तरीही अद्याप कोणतीही ठोस कारवाई झालेली नाही.
या अवैध बांधकामामुळे आमच्या घरातील सर्व खिडक्यांचे व्हेंटिले��न पूर्णपणे बंद झाले आहे, ज्यामुळे राहणीमान अत्यंत कठीण झाले आहे. सतत होणाऱ्या या त्रासामुळे आमच्या कुटुंबाचे मानसिक आणि शारीरिक आरोग्य धोक्यात आले आहे.

is there any law and order left or not? People are using money, influence, and corruption to suppress our voice. We have submitted complaints to multiple authorities, yet no action has been taken. Instead of acting against the guilty parties, the police have registered bogus complaints against me and my family, causing severe hardship and mental harassment.
If this harassment continues and anything happens to me or my family, all the authorities we approached for help will be held responsible. #justice

Urgent Request for Intervention Regarding Harassment and Blocked Ventilation.
We are residents of 13 Bora Street, Null Bazar 2nd floor, Mumbai, and are facing continuous harassment from the landlords of adjacent Building No. 11. Illegal construction/alteration work is being carried out on their patra roof, and our ventilation & sunlight have been blocked using black plastic.
Pressure is being created on us not to oppose these illegal activities and to silently keep our ventilation closed. My mother suffers from diabetes, BP and cholesterol issues, and my father is a senior citizen. False allegations and complaints are being made against our family, causing severe mental stress.
On 18 May 2026, when we opposed blocking of our window ventilation with black plastic to do the construction and block my venitalion and sunlight. One landlord family member, Usman, allegedly scratched himself and lodged a false complaint at . We are middle-class working family was made to sit at the police station for the whole day, causing mental harassment and affecting our jobs/work. On 19 May 2026, we were again called and given a notice based on false allegations.
If any fire incident occurred who will be responsible ???

नळ बाजार, बोरा स्ट्रीट येथील बिल्डिंग क्र. 11 ��ध्ये बेकायदेशीर बांधकाम सुरू असून अनेक तक्रारी करूनही कोणतीही प्रभावी कारवाई होत नाही. पोलीस कर्मचारी फक्त पाहणी करून जातात, परंतु काम थांबवले जात नाही.
