@Bodhihodi May be a while yet. DOJ filed with the DC Circuit Ct of Appeals for a stay of the order. That was around 3:45 today. Also hearing thunder over DC, so weather may interfere.

What an absurd thing to say. The US has had birthright citizenship from the beginning of the country, even before the 14th Amendment enshrined birthright citizenship in the Constitution. We’ve lived with those “shackles” successfully for a long time.
