In lockdown instances of mental health problems have increased.
We encourage our colleagues to talk, use meditation apps and to use #mentalhealth#charities if they need them.
We would also encourage anyone else to seek #support if they are struggling #YouAreNotAlone
The #Covid19UK pandemic has shown social care is an effective tool in protecting valuable NHS resource. We need to learn from this terrible affair and use the opportunity to invest in this ‘hand in glove’ relationship with the NHS. Prevention is also far cheaper than treatment.
Our office is now fully equipped for social distancing and colleagues continue to take sensible precautions, which we thank them for 🙌
This week we have posted washable face masks to staff to help them if they are out. #stay_safe#covid19safety#socialdistancing#safetyfirst
