Just published a guide on @wccftech about using community mods to unlock native NVIDIA DLSS FG/MFG on RTX 40/30/20 Series GPUs. I chose the mods which worked best in my (and the community's) testing. I hope people find it interesting and useful! https://t.co/Gs4obXESJJ
@JoshuaMeyer69 4080 Super Witcher 3 DLSS 5
4K DLSS4.5 Balanced (Preset M)
Max Settings (All four RT settings on Quality mode) with DLSS 5 set before upscale tick box enabled, AND Work Resolution setting at 67% has me around 62-65fps in open fields without FG and FG 2x is 90-100FPS ish.
For all you whiny "it doesn't need a remaster" cunts...
No it doesn't need new graphics, it's just a nice to have bonus as a choice we can make. That's it.
We can all agree the games good no matter how you play it.

@VideoCardz General consensus after a few burn ups in adapter's was to use native PSU cables over 3/4 plug adapters, PNY doesn't cover Native PSU cables, so now your back to adapters to get RMA covered.
No documentation mentions this.
What a shit show.
In Cyberpunk 2077 with Pathtracing, I use a lower internal resolution.
However that increases ghosting/artifacts.
One particular BUG is only on the far left side of the screen, I have a permanent thin strip of ghosting.. about 1cm wide in dark scenes/areas.
This fixed it.
@JoshuaMeyer69@acinterface From general consensus you can overcome a tad higher latency pretty well using a controller over a mouse.
I use a mouse but it's what people have said. So your good.
@JoshuaMeyer69@acinterface For me it varies because some games (both at 60FPS) have a click to action latency at 30-40ms some are 50-60ms so for the higher latency games I aim for a higher FPS baseline.
FG and Reflex is another part of that story but I'm talking Pre-FG no Reflex.
RTX 30 users... for games you can't unlock the realtime cutscene/gameplay FPS for, eG Elden Ring.
Pre-rendered scenes still require lossless scaling or alternatives to that..
NVIDIA Smooth Motion now runs on RTX 30 series GPUs thanks to NVSmooth30 mod, RTX 3050 Laptop and RTX 3080 confirmed working. ๐ https://t.co/y2ZUI9YRQv
@CDPROJEKTRED Applied DLSS 5 (67% Work Res) to the left with RT enabled at 4K DLSS-B and it was only a 20% FPS hit via Optiscaler running prior to upscale.
The one on the right with Pathtracing is going to halve my frame rate. I'll need to reduce resolution much further, worth it? Don't know
However...in this scene it actually looks way worse while other scenes do seem like an upgrade.
Someone's going to mod flames back into reflections within 48 hours of release if @CDPROJEKTRED don't do it, but they should.
Little Fun Fact: You can get higher FPS in AC3 Remastered on the PS5 Pro and an LG OLED TV by switching the mode from Game Mode to Standard (HDR should be turned off on the console). Please let me know if it works for you๐๐๐๐ก๏ธ๐ฆ

@facegamefps@MatolaN7 Have you ever turned down a setting for higher fps and realised there was little benefit keeping that setting higher?
That's the whole video.
Pick n choose.
