I’m so glad they didn’t change the illustration in the Volume 1 reprint.
It’s one of my favorites and definitely one of the most iconic ones ✨

In SBS 81 Oda revealed how many times each Mugiwara has been loud throughout the story.

Sanji — 246
Chopper — 129
Luffy — 112
Franky — 92

The gap between Usopp and everyone else is crazy 😭

There are small details in Zoro’s actions that often go unnoticed, but they’re crucial to understanding his character. One of them is the way he says goodbye to his sword, Yubashiri.
Always Zoro makes it clear that to him a sword has never been just a tool. Every sword has a story, a name and a meaning.
Wado Ichimonji represents the promise he made to Kuina. Sandai Kitetsu symbolizes his challenge against fate.
That's why the way he treats Yubashiri after it's destroyed is so important. He doesn't just throw it away or replace it. He gives it a proper burial.
The respect he shows his swords is the same respect he shows his rivals, his dream, his promises and the people he considers worthy.
This moment also reflects the samurai code. In Japanese culture, swords are part of the identity and legacy of the person who wields them.
Actions like this show that behind what can seem like a cold and distant attitude, there's a man with an unbreakable code of honor. A true swordsman doesn't just know how to wield a sword, he also knows how to say goodbye to one.
