Hello zomato... So disheartening to face this from one of the top Indian multinational restaurant aggregator and food delivery company we ordered the food and nobody called to our phone number and delivery guy said that we did not pick the call

Then the delivery guy has left from the given address. We see lots of intermittent issue in prepaid orders thats the reason people are loosing trust.After several calls and mail they said that your request has been initiated but we havn't received amount yet.
