Baru minggu ini kejadian, istri deliv beli 🥚 di Coupang. Biasa beli ga ada masalah, tapi kali ini telur nya pecah banyak 🙈
Istri bilang, “aku coba ajuin buat ditukar ke Coupang ya.”

Lalu berakhir malah di refund sama mereka, syarat nya cuma ngasih bukti foto, foto nya di post ini. Dan di refund di hari yang sama.
Lalu terjadilah obrolan ini:

👸Beli barang apa aja disini tuh aman ya. Korea nih memang luar biasa masalah jujurnya. Goj** perasaan katanya mau refund aja ribet yak? Apa sih shop** gitu2?
👨 Ini masalah nya di lingkungan sih, kalau Indonesia ga bisa gini karena orang nya ga jujur. Semua nya ada prosedur refund, tapi ribet karena masalah kepercayaan ini.

Morale of the story: kepercayaan itu mahal banget, baru kerasa banget beda nya di negara yang standar moral nya beda.

refund mechanism is COMMON, no matter how shitty, companies all over the world have it! mungkin ada satu dua oknum yg ga responsible dan ga jujur tp ketika kita generalisasikan itu, nah itu yg ga bener. Its like u have ur own reality. It seems that you’re disconnected.
