.@ShawnRyan762 asked me point-blank: "Why did Jesus have to die on the cross?"
I am humbled and honored that I was put in a position to answer this question for him. This story is one of the best illustrations of the Gospel that I've ever heard.
@DefiyantlyFree Tucker continues down a path that has made him progressively anti- conservative, anti-Israel, anti-christian. Though he claims to be one. We are watching a living βdeconstructionβ project. I pray for him to be brought to a genuine life alternating faith I Jesus, truth in Spirit.
@JonnyRoot_ This is clearly a mind virus. Toxic empathy doesnβt even begin to describe the depths of the insanity of liberals who continue to fight ferociously for ideologies which will actually destroy everything around them that has ever given them success and freedom.
@HansMahncke@larsmang1 Though the truth is increasingly hard to find, it is out there. People that still buy into legacy media reporting are so deep in the matrix that they may never be set free. But I pray that they are. Harvey Levin is part of the misinformation machine.
@SlowToWrite Donβt you think that modern βnewsβ sources are quite compromised and it is factual that itβs hard to really know whatβs true in our current society. I absolutely believe in Sola Scriptura, the Bible is the only objective source of truth.
@DineshDSouza 1 Corinthians 15:49 49 Just as we have borne the image of the man of dust, we shall also bear the image of the man of heaven.
So we now take on the image of Christ.
@DineshDSouza Christians are called to pick up our cross dying to self, submit our will to the father, be resurrected in baptism and to walk as He, Jesus Christ, walked.
@Riley_Gaines_ The democratic machine produces as many votes as needed, regardless of actual voters, love, dead, illegal, living in another country, crack addict on the street, it doesnβt matter as long as they can sign an X and slap an address on a ballot.
@osucowboytc@GatorHard Josh made one post about the connection between a modern leftist progressive agenda and Islam coming together against Christianity. His post wasnβt about the gospel. But heβs made thousands that are
@osucowboytc Christians have been fighting against Islam for centuries. Obviously you havenβt read the Quran. Which means youβre essentially a βuseful idiotβ. You will be utilized to push forward the Muslim agenda until you are no longer useful and then you will be treated as an infidel.
@jarsofKlay@amandafromtx Not at all. Youβve only got about 35-40min max to preach a sermon. Never can you cover everything you would want to address in that time. In the old days one might say, βwe will go deeper in small groupsβ. Josh hits some things in the podcast that he has more time to discuss.
@amandafromtx He needs no correction. But you clearly do. Heβs a faithful preacher of the word, of truth and the gospel. You on the other hand are attacking a Godly man. The spirit that would motivate that doesnβt come from Jesus.
@osucowboytc At the same time Josh says that there are people practicing Islam that donβt adhere to this and he preaches the gospel of being saved by grace and that being available to ALL including Muslims, consistently.
@osucowboytc You have no idea what youβre talking about. The religion of Islam and its text the Quran is explicitly anti-christian and they are commended to subjugate and kill infidels. Josh pointing that out is important. Christians need to know what they are up against.
@WellsJorda89710 Have you actually listened to Matt or watched documentaries heβs made. I think itβs ok to criticize flawed men who were part of the civil rights movement without condemning the movement itself or being a white supremicist.
