Walked into work struggling this morning. I couldn’t even cross my left leg over my right to slip on my sock and shoe. At work, my body decides to be the most clumsiest and drop everything causing me to bend down for an eternity to grab it…pimp walk apparently 🙄

Left at lunchtime to my chiropractor appointment and I left feeling like a new woman. Still not 100% better but I can actually walk straight and not in agonizing pain. I have better mobility and range in motion…my doctor is a miracle worker. I tell him every time 🔥🙏🏼 genius

Growing up, whenever we were ill, she was most attentive and always fixing up some cure and being next to us…she is the most hands on and caring mother I could’ve ever asked for. May God bless her and all mommas like this 🙏🏼😇🕊️👑

What a blessing it is to have a beautiful-hearted mother…she’s always attentive and eager to help at any chance. I’m here, laying on the floor in complete agony (doing rlt) from pulling a muscle/hip flexor or something and my mom jumps in to apply cream and give a massage 🙏🏼
