Deacon Caroling will take place on Sunday, December 9. Members and friends of the church should plan on meeting at 2:15 p.m. at the church. Following the caroling the group will return to the church for a light supper.

Isabel Circle will meet on Thursday, April 26 at 7 p.m. at the home of Lolla Ballard at 119 S. 7th Street in Monmouth. Lesson Eight, In Community with the Household of Faith, from the 2017-2018 Horizons Bible Study will feature a group discussion. There is no designated leader.

The postponed 90th birthday observance for Ralph Whiteman has been rescheduled for Sunday February 25 from 2-4 p.m. at the Monmouth American Legion. Cards are welcomed but no gifts please. Questions to 309-734-4641.
The Kappa Kappa Gamma is having a grilled cheese luncheon here at the church on February 24 from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. The meal will include grilled cheese, soup and a dessert for $5. All proceeds will go to Reading is Fundamental and the Kappa Kapa Gamma Foundation.
Congregational members and friends of the church are cordially invited to attend the Valentine Soup Luncheon on Sunday, Feb. 11, following the worship service. The meal will include vegetable and broccoli cheese soups plus a variety of other items.
This Sunday, February 4th the youth will have their annual Potato Bake following the Congregational Annual Meeting. A free-will donation will be received where the proceeds will go toward youth missions. If you are able to help please bring a salad or dessert to share.Thank you!
