Almighty. We ask You to purify our hearts. Help us see the positive side of things. There’s so much negativity in the world today. We know You want the best for us. Help us press the reset button of repentance, realizing our need for You always. Keep guiding us. Aameen.
Don’t let negativity, fear and doubt control your thoughts. Always seek your strength from the Almighty. Keep the faith. Trust Him. He will empower you. He will pave a way out for you. He will never let you down. Keep praying. He will respond when the time is right.
Deal with your insecurities. If they have been shaped by someone in authority criticizing you, recognize this & understand that people change over time. Forgive the past. Otherwise, insecurity will always keep you on the defensive. You think everyone’s talking about you!
Let’s face it. There are things in life we wished we had done differently. It’s bound to happen. We’re humans. So as soon as you realize you've made a poor decision, it's not too late to correct it. You're not stuck in any situation as long as you refuse to accept that you are!
Know when to forgive people, but also be wise enough to know that they don't always need to play an active role in your life after that. The Almighty might send you signs how to handle such people. If He’s telling you to let them go, stop holding on to them. Read His signs!
I feel so sad for these children getting bullied by teachers in British schools for the crime of empathising with Palestinians. They are being taught to crush their instinctive aversion to seeing people suffer. Highly advanced killing machines are not natural, empathy is.
At a moment when U.S.-made bombs are devastating Gaza, and killing women and children, we cannot simply let another huge arms sale go through without even a Congressional debate.
Dear people, despite our frustration over the fighting in Gaza and our anger, that is no excuse to attack or intimidate innocent people. Assaults of Jewish people or attacks on others won’t bring justice to anyone, only perpetuate more injustice and hate.
If the United States is going to be a credible voice on human rights on the global stage, we must uphold international standards of human rights consistently. We must recognize that Palestinian rights matter. Palestinian lives matter. https://t.co/W3Ufy4ccL1
I stand with the Palestinian people. My heart aches for the families who have lost loved ones. We can not stand as silent witnesses to children being orphaned and murdered and not demand for the human rights of all Palestinians! This must end. Free Palestine.
No matter which day you’re celebrating #Eid, make it a point to touch lives and hearts whenever you get the opportunity. Give, forgive and apologise. If you find difficulty doing it, make a commitment and start on this day of Eid. Channel your energy to things that matter.
Almighty. It’s been a difficult period for all. Even as we celebrate #Eid our hearts are breaking seeing the oppression going on. But in all this we lay our complete trust in You. Protect those most at risk, the elderly, women & children. Comfort those who have lost loved ones.
