Three Muslim youths were arrested in Lakhimpur, Assam, for allegedly creating a WhatsApp group in support of the CJP protest. The arrested individuals have been identified as Ashraful Islam, Manzur Rahman, and Abdul Kasem.
The allegation against them is that they were attempting to organize a peaceful demonstration in support of the student movement.
Even if they were preparing for a protest, an important question arises:
If no violence was committed, no law was broken, and people were merely preparing to express their views through a peaceful democratic protest, is arresting and imprisoning them a just and proportionate response?
The answer ultimately depends on the specific facts of the case and whether any laws were actually violated. Peaceful assembly and expression are democratic rights, while any restrictions or arrests should be subject to due process and the law.

A disturbing video shared by a Hindutva goons (Instagram @JAATBOBI ) shows forcing a young man inside a vehicle to lick a shoe, subjecting him to public humiliation.

A disturbing incident has gone viral on social media. According to the video, a police vehicle was parked on the roadside when the officer suddenly opened the door without checking for oncoming traffic. A motorcyclist collided with the door, resulting in an accident.
What happened next is even more concerning. The officer is seen allegedly slapping and hitting the biker with a baton instead of helping him.
If the video accurately reflects the incident, responsibility does not appear to lie with just one person. Opening a vehicle door onto a busy road without first checking for approaching traffic can itself create a dangerous situation.
No matter who is at fault, violence is not an acceptable response. Law enforcement officers are expected to remain calm, act professionally, and handle such situations according to the law—not with physical force.
Incidents like these can damage public trust in the police. Accountability, fairness, and respectful conduct are essential to maintaining confidence in those entrusted with enforcing the law.
Delhi Police is brutally beating a minor during a protest. This is not crowd control or a lathi charge, it is a brutal assault on a child.
Those responsible must be identified, investigated and held fully accountable.
Zulm O Sitam Ki saari Hade Paar Kar Chuki Hai Ye Serkaar ,,

Pehle lathicharge, phir detention... lekin protesters ka kehna hai: "Jaan chali jaaye, andolan nahi rukega." 💔🥺😢
Ek mahila ne aarop lagaya ki police action ke dauran uski T-shirt phaad di gayi. Police ne bhi apna paksh rakha hai.
Jantar Mantar se ground report—protesters ke aarop, police ka version, aur Delhi mein badhti security ke beech aakhir ho kya raha hai?
